I live in Washington State and have purchased a house in Tucson for my retirement in the next few months. My son introduced me to Ann Adams, as he and his wife have also worked with her. I cannot speak highly enough of her attention to detail, her understanding of my circumstances, but most of all her outstanding care. And the attention she gave to every detail of my transaction. On a scale of 1-10, I would give Ann a 15. She is wonderful!

I worked with Ann to sell my home in Oro Valley while I was living in MA. We received several offers on the first day. Ann helped me navigate moving furniture and dealing with inspection issues. Great communication and fast response time. I would highly recommend Ann and certainly would use her again.

Ann Adams was definitely 5 stars for us. She took over for another realtor who was going on vacation the next day, and she did a great job working with us on everything that came up during the process. We had several viewings to allow family and friends to see the house, and she was very accommodating so we could do that. We would plan to have Ann work with us for any real estate activity in the future.

Our agent, Ann Adams, was one of the best Realtors we have ever worked with. She was very attentive to the market and did everything possible to attract buyers to our home.

Ann was a wonderful agent to work with. She went the extra mile with me on everything. She answered any question I asked. I will tell anyone I know about Ann if they need a realtor. Best regards, Lores Barnier.

When Ann was my real estate agent, I thought of her as a friend, and I was totally confident she had my best interests at heart. She listened to what I said so she could understand what I wanted in a house and followed my lead in any direction I needed to explore. She has infinite patience while a client goes through the process of realizing what they want in a new home. I find this professional has integrity, compassion, and total commitment to her clients' desire to acquire the home perfect for them. I would not hesitate to recommend her expertise to anyone considering purchasing or selling a home, and I will certainly use her services in the future.

We have been working with Ann Adams on finding a house for over a year and a half. Due to personal changes throughout that time, it took us longer than expected. Throughout the process, Ann stuck with us and treated us as more than just a client. Ann treated us as friends, and when we finally decided on what we were doing for a house, she supported us and helped us wherever she could. We moved into a new build, and Ann was with us every step of the way. I would recommend Ann to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Our friendship will continue, and if we ever need to buy or sell a house, we will definitely have Ann by our side again.

Ann Adams was our agent - we traveled from the East Coast looking for property in Oro Valley. We met Ann in Feb at an open house; Ann was great, not pushy, and a great listener. Before leaving in February, she quickly provided us with the lay of the land in Oro Valley. Ann followed up and continuously sent properties coming available. We scheduled our 2nd trip in early September and viewed several properties that Ann patiently went through with us! We were very picky and found that none of the properties were the right fit. Ann stayed in touch and did suggest looking at new homes. Ann visited several new homes that we were interested in and sent us ...

Ann is such a patient and kind person. She was so in tune with my parents' needs, as they are 85 years old and were making a life-changing decision, and they were confident that Ann would take care of everything for them. She went way beyond what we would have expected from a real estate agent. Great lady! that made a scary experience for my parents a good one. Thanks Ann!

Our agent was very responsive to emails and text messages. She would get any information we requested in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her.
